I am pleased to announce that I have achieved the designation of Certified Mortgage Advisor. This program includes a series of advanced classes as well as a test and regular updates on the course of legislation within the industry.
I embarked upon the Certified Mortgage Advisor Program because I wanted to put myself in a position to be the most qualified mortgage expert possible. The mortgage industry, with its products and challenges, is changing almost on a daily basis and I wanted to be in a position to help my clients make the best decisions possible. I especially enjoy that I am prepared to help my clients compare a range of mortgage options, including product choices, amortization terms as well as ways to minimize costs and maximize benefits.
Furthermore, I particularly like the fact that the Certified Mortgage Advisor Program includes regular updates on regulatory issues and continuing education so that I can keep myself updated.
